Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 days to return the item for store credit or exchange only. All items must be in original packaging and condition. The Storied Collection is not responsible if the returned package is lost or if the item is damaged in transit.
We do not accept returns on antique, vintage, furniture, lamps, special orders or sale items. Shop credits are honored for one year from the date of issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at info@thestoriedcollection for instructions on how to process the return. After 14 days, all sales are final.
All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for store credit.
