Incased ruler to back edge. Thumb molded rectangular cut top. Collapsable turned legs with wood top supports.
Antique 19th Century solid Maple folding side table with beveled edges and turned legs. The legs are held in place by pressure of a thin solid flexible wood strip. This sewing table is in excellent condition as solid and sturdy as the day it was made. There is some wear, small hairline cracks around the edges and some scratches and scrapes to tabletop finish and some wear and imperfections to wood surface on legs; all consistent with tables age and use.
