Vintage Hand Painted Child's Chair with Woven Seat

Sweet hand painted child's chair with woven seat. Found at an antique mall in Cincinnati, OH. While the back is stamped, "Hecho en Mexico", this chair looks Dutch to my eye. Would be darling in a nursery.
